a storm coming?

Hello there,
My best friend Briana wrote on my facebook wall the other day and it made me love her even more than I already do. And that's so much that it's almost impossible to love her even more than that but now I do. Does that even make any sense to you? :D

Yesterday:
- pure awesomeness
- got lots of things done
- cooked lunner with my best friend Johanna and forgot to take pictures :(
- got some exercise by riding my bike
- attempted to study for my Bio final tomorrow and
- called it a night

Today:
- didn't even get close to the awesomeness of yesterday
- school day -.-
- luckily only 6 hours instead of 8 but it went by sooo slowly
- got a headache too :/
- at least got some chocolate at a store
- ate the best ice cream! :)
- got home and took a nap and some drugs to get rid of my headache
- studied and am now procrastinating :D

I also started to read my Bible again. I don't think seriously reading thruogh a book with a chapter every day is my kind of thing. I am also not sure if I like writing down my thoughts like a diary entry. Maybe I'll try sticky notes. I just opened my Bible at a random page and read a few passages. God just spoke to me. :) So yeah, praying was good too. I think I'm back on track.

Good night every one,
Love,
Eileen

waiting to be swept off my feet.

Hello there,
I've been reading through Jessi's blog for some time now and it is just so inspirational in my opinion. In almost every post I stumble over something that I've been thinking about lately too, or that just fits my situation. Here's what I found today: "She told us that it's worth waiting for the right guy to come along and sweep you off your feet. We shouldn't settle for less because we are beautiful and God created us all exactly how we are, to be loved for who we are." Wow. That was definitely just what I needed. :)

Well, I didn't go for a jogg today either because I am so sore from PE yesterday. And I do not think that this is funny.. Also I felt a little sick after eating some warm-up-rice for lunch so I just didn't run. There's no school tomorrow so hopefully I'll manage to finally get started on my "new hobby". Wish me luck.
Although I got the day off, there is so much to do tomorrow: I'll finally have to clean up my room, study for the Bio final on Friday, do some homework and chores and I'm also going to hang out with my best friend to cook us a nice lunch. Sounds like a stressful but great day. Oh and I also want to get some shopping done too... :D So we'll see how this all is going to turn out. I hope I can finally be able to say that I finished up a to-do-list! ;)

So I also came across this song on my iPod last night. I really like it. I hope some day some guy is going to tell me just that. Or at least parts of it. :)

Love,
Eileen

So much to think about

Hello again,
So, I finally got seriously started on checking out colleges. Mainly in the states for now. I'm not sure if I'll ever find the right thing... It doesn't seem like it. Also I really need to talk to some people about jobs and what kinds of majors/minors etc. I need to be able to work in that field. And especially if those are even accepted internationally since I am not yet planning on living in the States forever. Ugh, there is so much to think of and it makes it even harder when you're not sure about your future career yet...

I actually wanted to go for a jogg today. Guess what?! Of course I didn't. This time I honestly forgot my running shoes at school since I had PE today. This is so ridiculous -.- I guess this is not really my week. But I think it's better than last week so let's hope for the best.

PS: please if you have any ideas or tipps on how I can find the right college for me a little more effectively, let me know! ;)

Love,
Eileen

Well, it's Monday

Hello there,

So what do I have to tell you guys? Let's start with the weekend. It was relaxing but boring. Saturday me and my mom somewhat cleaned up the living room. Then in the afternoon some friends of my parents' came over to watch soccer and have a BBQ. I watched at least six episodes of CSI: Miami. In English of course. Not the weekend I'd hoped for but oh well. Sunday I kind of slept in, somewhat cleaned up my room which was well needed and will be continued today, watched some more episodes of CSI: Miami and went to my grandma's to bake a cake which was well needed, too. I made a chocolate cake from the 1000-recipe-baking-book. It tasted pretty good! I am really excited though to make another apple pie or maybe some cobbler some time! I loved those American desserts! :) Also I went to a café in town with a friend from elementary school. It was nice to talk and catch up on things! We totally lost contact and a few months ago we "became friends" on facebook. Yeah, so that was my not very interesting weekend...

Today I had PE and totally failed... I know why I always hated that class since kindergarten! :D I decided I'd go for a jogg every day this week so that I am hopefully going to do better next week. We'll see how that turns out :D
Sixth hour was cancelled so I got to go home earlier but I got some afternoon classes so I'll have to go again in less than an hour -.- No fun.

I made Mac'n'Cheese for lunch today and something went wrong.. Guess I had too much water in the noodles still so the sauce was very liquidy and I feel a little sick now.. Maybe I just can't eat the American food anymore. Hopefully not because that would be a bummer. I love the American food and I miss America like crazy. I'm so excited for Karli to visit me for a couple weeks during Summer! That's going to be so awesome! And also I am hoping to go visit my friends in Kennewick next Summer! That'd be even better! I just miss my American life! At the moment it feels like I was more like myself there than I am here. I miss that I was so busy there, I went out every night with friends. Really miss that. I hope I can get myself busy here soon too! So, prayers would be awesome ;)

just a thought

Hello there,

I think blogging has become an addiction in the past couple days :D haha, haven't realized how much I'd missed it!

I read Jayanah's newest blog post and one of the pictures she's posted really made my day:

It just fits my week. I truly believe that we shouldn't worry about the future too much because it only makes you forget about the present. But I think you also need to live your life now for your future. You have to think about your future but not worry about it; there's a difference.

So yeah, my lesson for the day :)

Eileen

the United States, I miss them

It's me again,

I just have to tell you, I am so homesick for the United States, ugh.
I found some pages on facebook like bestbuy and stuff like that and I just looked through fotos of my parent's trip to the US. It just really makes me want to go back and live my American life again. I miss my youth groups like crazy, all the people I met there! I really hope I can go visit them next summer!

Ahh, how I miss this life!

weekend.

Hello there,

I think I found the fun with blogging again! :)

Well, I only had two hours of school today which was really awesome and I also got to sleep in. I was home before noon and so I started finishing up my to-do-list for this weekend:
- I went to get my hair cut (nothing major :D)
- I went grocery shopping and cooked dinner
- I read some
- I did some chores too :P

but there's still a lot of stuff to do... homework, homework, homework, studying and more studying, maybe get started on running?! :D, chores, clean up my room, reading, get pictures sorted out, sort out some other stuff, maybe start looking at colleges, start finding a job, and I think some more things :D

yeah, I want to start a lot... I just think it's time to start living my life and get the best out of it and not being so lazy anymore and just waiting for everything to simply happen. So yeah... we'll see how this all turns out.

Love,
Eileen

May 18, 2011

well, what I am I to say?

A friend of mine definitely saved my week. In one of her blogposts she says:

"Don't ever hesitate of being your amazing self, because all your "imprefections" are what make you so unique and so perfect in a way. [...] It is ok to be different, it is very ok to be yourself, and it is very greatly ok to act like yourself! Never be afraid to speak out, or to express your feelings, you-are-awesome."

Well, my week hasn't been the best so far but it's getting better. Until Friday I am going to let myself dwell in misery at least whenever I feel like it. But I kind of figured that that should be enough then. Finals for this semester/school year are starting next week already and I should concentrate on that only. I want better grades than I got in my midterms and I need to do more in class as well. So I will probably do facebook only on Sundays (starting next week ;) )... I'm hoping that'll help me keep focusing on the things that are important right now. ;)

So wish me luck guys!

Love,
Eileen
